Jinfo Temple is the place where you can burn candles in ancient Buddha rites. The old saying goes like this: "Pilgrimage in east and worshiping in Jinfo Mountain”. The candle burning ancient Buddha figure and Mahamaya Qibao exquisite stupa from Nepal – the hometown of Buddha are worshipped in this temple. It is the largest group of temples in Chongqing and one of the four major temples in Jinfo Mountain. It consists of Hall of Heavenly King, the Great Buddha’s Hall, Seven Buddha Hall, Classics Pavilion and Zen Hotel, etc.
